OUR STORY

On April 1, 2018 we took over 30 years of expertise in print and opened Leo Graphics Chicago in the former Hammond Organ Manufacturing plant on Chicago’s NW side. Our mission was simple:  "Print Positivity" and be the go-to “I got a guy” in Chicago print when someone needs something done right the first time. Since then, we have secured our spot as “the guy” for clients such as Wilco, Naked Raygun, My Life With The Thrill Kill Cult, The Waco Brothers, Porchlight Studios, as well as firms like Smashed Plastic, Pendulum Creative, WWE, the Chicago Cubs, the Chicago Blackhawks, Redbull, Puttshack, and various record labels.

Music Graphics Chicago, a division of Leo Graphics Chicago LLC, launched with 1 new goal in mind:  Affordable print for entertainment world, with low minimums, done by experts who, themselves, are in the entertainment business as well. We took our ever growing expertise in album cover print and manufacturing, music industry packaging and print for all things music, and decided that it needed it’s own grand platform, so artists have a single source to have their album covers done, their banners produced, their download cards made, their merch completed, the stage backdrops readied, their stickers printed and die cut, etc. We want to make it easy and comfortable for artists to get the print that we, in our “other lives,” as members of a Chicago rock band, would want as well…. The “I got a guy” in all things entertainment print, who understands exactly what has to be done as a partner on the project.  We have much lower minimums, we are much greener, and we are much more affordable.

We take pride in NOT being a huge company, but, instead, a family business rooted in Chicago.  We take even more pride in being accessible and partnering with you on your project, which then becomes our project as well. We do not see your individual project as just another job in the shop. We see your project as OUR job in the shop, which we will work with you on as your partner, and as people who, themselves, adorn the same venues that you do.

We put our pants on one leg at a time just like you…except once our pants are on, we help you make gold records.

"We are so pleased with the top notch job

Music Graphics Chicago/Leo Graphics Chicago does for us here at Wilco / dBpm Records. From LP covers to printed inserts, we appreciate their high quality work and attention to detail. Plus they are only 10 minutes from our headquarters which makes pickup, drop-off, and OK-ing test prints so easy. We look forward to collaborating with them more in the new year."

JUSTIN WEXLER/FORGE AGAIN RECORDS

"Music Graphics Chicago has been a gamechanger for my records - adding UPC stickers, inserts, download cards, and more to the albums I release makes them pop all that more. Not to mention, they are responsive and great communicators - I never feel out of the loop working with them, and know that any time they're involved, my project is in good hands!"

JORDAN REYES/AMERICAN DREAMS RECORDS

"Working with the staff at Music Graphics Chicago to create our hard surface digital image props was easy! They suggested multiple ways they could fabricate what we needed at various price points. They were consistently prompt in their response to communication. Ultimately, their product truly enhanced the overall aesthetic we were able to create on the field!"
